Safety, ease, and convenience.

The outdoor Direct-Connection® Recycler™ System is an integrated system ideal for those restaurants unable or unwilling to use interior floor space. These systems are designed to be connected to fryers (which possess built-in filtration) by means of a pipeline (or hose) typically inside the walls of the food service establishment. The holding tanks are installed on the exterior wall of the restaurant. The pump from the filtration system pumps the used fryer oil into the holding tanks. In most cases a kit is necessary to adapt the fryers to allow them to pump to the holding tank.

Occasionally a portable filter machine is used if the fryers do not possess built-in filtration. A pipeline is still installed in the restaurant walls but is stubbed out near the fryers (not directly into the fryers.)
